Nitrous Canada Inc. – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Locations

Nitrous Canada Inc. currently ships within Canada.
If you require international shipping, please contact us directly at nitrouscanada@gmail.com for availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (BC): 1–3 business days

  • Regional (Western Canada): 2–5 business days

  • National (Rest of Canada): 3–9 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Weather delays, carrier issues, or remote destinations may extend delivery times.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight & dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Occasional free-shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

6. Shipping to Remote or Rural Areas

Additional fees or longer delivery times may apply to remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Customers will be notified if an adjustment is required before the order ships.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Your order number

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Nitrous Canada Inc. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help file a carrier claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

9. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

If your business offers pick-up:

  • Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours.

  • Pickup hours and location will be provided at checkout.
